Volunteer Lookout Agreement and Job Hazard Analysis Forms

If you are a resident of Madera, Mariposa, Merced or Fresno Counties or other surrounding areas and would be interested in volunteering to help staff the fire lookouts in the upcoming Fire Season, please feel free to contact the United States Forest Service, Bass Lake Ranger District about volunteering.  If after reading below if you still have any other questions contact the North Fork Ranger Station at (559) 877-2218 for directions on how to go about signing up as a volunteer at the fire lookouts.

Hello New and Current Volunteers,

For those who can not attend the Pre-season sign up meeting, you must contact Franny Adams and arrange a meeting with her in person to fill out all your paperwork.

The forms have changed and there are new requirements for volunteering, so it will be necessary for you to contact the Forest Service to obtain and complete the correct forms and get the new information about the tower requirements.
